Pocket Network will provide smooth Web3 app deployment for NEAR developers.

According to Pocket Network, the recent connection with NEAR enables native developers to distribute their apps on other supported blockchains including as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and others.

Pocket Network, a relay infrastructure middleware protocol, has revealed a service integration that would boost NEAR blockchain network capacity while also allowing Web3 developers to deploy faster.

The latest connection with NEAR, according to Pocket Network, allows native developers to launch their apps on other supported blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Fuse, Avalanche, Harmony, and Polygon. NEAR developers may also avoid single points of failure due to delays or other service outages by integrating with many blockchains.

Pocket Network, a worldwide distribution network of over 47,000 complete nodes that support Web3 apps across 46 blockchains, seeks to provide 100 percent uptime for projects.

Pocket Network seeks to provide full-node operators with revenue-generating options by accepting payments in its in-house token Pocket Network (POKT) for network traffic service. “For NEAR apps, NEAR nodes, and the Pocket Network protocol, it’s a win-win-win scenario,” said Michael O’Rourke, co-founder and CEO of Pocket Network.

The NEAR ecosystem is projected to see decreased friction when connecting decentralized apps (DApps) via Pocket Portal, a layer-2 solution built on top of the Pocket Network protocol, thanks to Pocket Network’s integration autonomously assigning bandwidth and relays.

Several major blockchains, such as Polygon and Fantom, gave a helping hand in supporting Terra’s fallen developer community in migrating their services to other chains in a bid to restore the community.

The Polygon community is “eager to embrace the developers and communities of these Terra projects,” according to Polygon Studios CEO Ryan Wyatt.
Fantom, a Layer-1 blockchain project, has also pledged its support for the Terra community, vowing to help any project or developer who wants to depart from the Terra blockchain.
